Jimmy’s hospitality journey began long before his executive career. Raised in a family‑run hotel, he learned the business from the ground up, checking in guests at the front desk, supporting housekeeping teams, assisting with bookkeeping, and stepping into any role that needed a hand. These early experiences instilled in him a deep respect for every part of hotel operations and the people who make it all work.
Before returning to hospitality, Jimmy worked as an Oracle Technology Consultant for various big 4 accounting firms, where he guided enterprise‑level transformations and implemented strong auditing, compliance, and security solutions. His work centered on designing and supporting efficient business processes informed by a thorough grasp of system architecture. With proven strengths in project management, system auditing, ERP security assessment, reporting, and data‑integrity initiatives, he consistently delivered meaningful improvements for organizations across a wide range of industries.
